In the month of October the number of homes sold is basically the same as August, but prices are up! This goes to show that when interest rates drop, the buyers come out to buy. Buyers especially like homes that are cleaned up and improved while the highest priced sales occur due for the same reasons we've always known: location, location, location AND size, conditions and upgrades. If you have a home to sell AS-IS we can do that too, just expect to get top dollar for its condition and not top dollar as if it just had $300,000 of improvements.
