We’ve made it through 2024! Overall, the Alameda real estate market was better than 2023 with roughly 7% appreciation for single family homes and duets. We’re expecting a ton of buyers to resurface due to lower mortgage rates in January to March. What we’re missing are home sellers so if an easy private sale sounds good to you we’ve got over 1,000 active buyers in our database!  We will send you a more in depth report for single family homes, condos and townhomes in February IF you’re still on our newsletter mailing list.
