After only seeing 9 homes come on market in February, March has sprung forward with a burst of 37 single family homes and duets. What's interesting is that the average sale prices this year are fluctuating a bit. Every new month of sales data will paint a bigger picture. The small picture is that we got a buyer client into a 2 bedroom house on Bayfarm at the relatively affordable price of $975,000.  Whereas, we helped our seller client list her 3 bedroom Central Alameda house on the lagoon for $1.3M, received 14 offers and negotiated up to $1,850,000.
