New listings have dipped through the month of December as sellers take a winter break while buyers are making a list of what they want and what they can't live without.  As prices and interest rates continue to rise, some buyers will get priced out of their top cities of choice. We expect that more millennial buyers will appear in 2022 than baby boomers will sell so the lack of inventory will keep sellers in control of the market.  With remote workers able to work from anywhere, South Lake Tahoe is the most searched area for available homes for sale online.
