Anita Perez is proud to have partnered with Keller Williams, one of the nation’s most respected and successful real estate brokerage companies, and the Guy Blume Group, the top Alameda office.
A transplant from the Central Valley and now calling Alameda and its surrounding cities her home. Her background and appreciation of both the rural and fast paced lifestyles, gives Anita a unique perspective. She prides herself on being able to understand her clients; knowing that everyone comes from a different place and we are all here to pursue our version of the American Dream. For Anita, there is tremendous joy knowing that she helps with a big part of that.
Prior to a full time career in Real Estate, Anita worked for 17 years in the Banking and Finance Industry specializing in Customer Service and Sales. She has negotiated contracts, overcome a number of obstacles, and helped guide through transactions all as an advocate for her clients. These are the same tools she uses today in our competitive real estate market.
Anita’s pledge is to be in constant communication with her clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. She believes that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, she hasn’t done her job. Anita doesn’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of her clients.
