Born and raised in Torrance, California, she brings a deep understanding of local communities and a genuine appreciation for the Southern California lifestyle. She currently resides in the California Heights neighborhood with her husband, Sam, and their two doodles, Kobe and Jeff Goldblum.
Andrea’s core mission is to deliver the dream of homeownership everywhere. She is committed to helping her clients not only buy and sell homes, ut also use real estate as a tool to build and manage long-term wealth. In addition to serving her clients, Andrea is proud to be the Operations Coordinator for the Guy Blume Group, where she plays a key role in supporting the team’s systems, strategy and client experience.
Before transitioning into real estate, Andrea spent over a decade in the health and fitness industry as a UCLA trainer and former gym owner. Her background in education, coaching, and leadership has shaped her client-first approach, grounded in clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and unwavering advocacy. Helping people improve their lives has always been her passion, and she brings that same dedication to guiding clients through every step of the real estate process.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys everything Long Beach has to offer, from its vibrant restaurant and coffee scene to its strong sense of community. She can often be found cheering on the Lakers, hosting game nights, lifting a barbell, or spending time with her doodles.
